How to use Sage smudge stick 

Hold one end of smudge stick over a flame (we use the flame of a lit candle) until it begins to burn. Stay 30 seconds with the flame as it takes. Remove from flame. Move the stick gently in a back-and-forth motion. Let the cleansing smoke rise through the air. Moving the smoke around until it's purifying scent fills the room. Use whilst intention setting, manifesting, meditating, healing, cleansing negative energy.
